if you're looking for the best way to enjoy (and store!) your goodies, you're in the right place
but first, a note
on allergens
for full transparency, all of our cookies are made in a kitchen that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soy, sesame, seafood, and more. while we try our utmost to prevent cross-contamination, it's impossible to guarantee. for those with severe allergies, please use your best judgment!
and now..

storage
cookies
not planning on eating your cookies right away?
if you'll be consuming them within 2 days of purchasing, leave them at room temperature in an airtight container and away from direct sunlight.
else, freeze them! when you're ready to eat them, leave them at room temperature for 2-3 hours; then, see above for how to maximize their goodness. we recommend consuming them within 3 months of purchasing!
basque
store your basque slice in an airtight container and either 1) leave it at room temperature and away from direct sunlight for up to 3 hours, or 2) store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
